Şafak Birol
For thirteen years he has led the digital and operational transformation of textile manufacturing: from sewing lines to ERP and MES backbones, to AI agents at work in operations. He built a certified R&D centre from scratch and ran it for five years, and has 17 peer-reviewed publications. A textile engineer by training, he holds master's degrees in production management and engineering management.
